  Don't expect to have anything repaired if you are using these, they are awful.. sent email after email to not get anywhere and after 2 months with still no repair I called up and had a go at them as I was obviously frustrated by this point then they called up my boyfriend and asked if I was suffering from postnatal depression! Absolutely horrified so unprofessional! Dodgy estate agents would never recommend!
